Return to School Plan for Jan. 4th

In preparing for
our return to school on January 4, 2021, the plan was to return on a regular
schedule with all students attending 5 days a week. Unfortunately, with
the county designation on the state Covid-19 map changing from orange to red
yesterday, the plan has been altered. We also realize that families and
friends have been together during the recent holidays.
We will implement
remote learning for Jan 4 - 13 for all grade levels, PreK to 12. As a reminder, on Remote
Learning Days, assignments should be posted by 9:30 am.
Teachers will be available between the hours of 8:30 am to 3:00 pm each day.
Due dates for assignments are at the discretion of the teachers.
Our plan is to
resume a regular schedule on Thursday, Jan 14, 2021, with all students attending school. We will monitor the school data and community data throughout the
coming days. Unless directed by state or local officials, we will resume on a regular schedule as planned.
No student,
regardless of provisions made during the hybrid schedule will be attending
school during this time. Students may
pick up their Chromebook or textbooks from their school of attendance on Monday
afternoon or Tuesday. More information
will be posted on social media and sent to your email in Harmony regarding
times and availability for picking up items.
Food service will
also be available for pick up. Orders
may be placed between the hours 7:30 am to 9:00 am on Monday and Thursday. Food may be picked between 11:00 am to 12:30
pm on those days.
